Kari Berit, MS (CEO): Author, speaker, consultant and coach, Kari Berit has extensive academic, professional and personal experience in aging and caregiving issues. She co-developed Attainment Company's innovative Mental Fitness program, and conducts seminars nationwide on caregiving solutions for Boomers and their parents. She has recently been involved in developing curriculum designed to increase recruiting and retention of caregivers, and will soon be working with a national speaker's bureau that specializes in providing speakers for programs involving senior issues.
Eric Ramlo (COO): As Kari Berit's long-time business (and life) partner, Eric Ramlo coordinates company operations and provides logistical support for collaborations.
Dick Schaaf (Creative Director): A versatile business author and digital video producer, Dick Schaaf specializes in content development, both print and electronic. His background includes experience as a magazine editor, keynote speaker, marketing communications consultant and TV reporter-producer. The best-known of his 17 books, The Service Edge, was a national bestseller.
